Terms of Service
These terms set out the rules for using SnapReplay - what you can expect from us and what we expect from you. They're written to be readable, not to bury the details in legalese.
Accepting these terms
By creating an account or using SnapReplay you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the app. Watching a public stream requires no account, but the acceptable-use rules below still apply.
Your account
You’re responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in secure. Give us accurate details, and let us know if you spot unauthorized use. You must be old enough to consent to this agreement where you live.
Photos and content you share
You keep ownership of the photos and text you contribute. You grant SnapReplay the license needed to host, display, and stream that content to the right event audiences. Only share content you have the right to share.
Acceptable use
Don’t upload unlawful, infringing, or abusive content, and don’t misuse or disrupt the service. We may remove content or restrict accounts that break these rules, and we respond to valid copyright takedown requests.
Paid features and refunds
Some features are paid. Prices and what’s included are shown before you buy, and payments are handled by our payment processor. Refunds are handled case by case - reach out and we’ll help sort it out.
Ending your access
You can stop using SnapReplay and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken or to protect the service and its users.
Disclaimers and liability
SnapReplay is provided on an “as is” basis without warranties, and to the extent the law allows we aren’t liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the app.
Changes to these terms
If we make meaningful changes we’ll update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app before the changes take effect. Continuing to use SnapReplay means you accept the updated terms.
